All Personal Training sessions and Boot Camps take place in SHC, Sporting Health Club Kaktus Towers, Vesterbro, Copenhagen

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR PROFESSION?

That I can help people reach a better quality of life by working with different aspects of it. Showing them that they are physically and mentally stronger of what they think they are. Seeing that process and being part of it makes me want to become even better for them.

HOW DO I PAY?

Every package is pay..

I'M A BEGINNER, CAN I JOIN?

Of course you can, all levels are welcomed in Personal Training and Boot Camps. I’ll get all the relevant information about you on the Initial Questionnaire, so I can build a training plan based on your level and goals

I HAVE AN INJURY, CAN I JOIN?

Before starting any course with me, I’ll get relevant information about your past or current injuries as well as information about illnesses. This is done via the questionnaire you need to fill out before our start-up interview. This helps me assess how I can build the best plan for you, taking care of every detail.

A course with me cannot replace medicine or doctor visits. In case of illnesses or injuries that require treatment, please contact your own doctor or physiotherapist.
